TERMS & CONDITIONS COMMON FOR ALL SEASONS
- Taxes:- Luxury Tax is inclusive in the tariff. 5.15% Service tax is as applicable.
- One Valid photo identification. Documents should be produced as identification upon check – in by all Indian Nationals.
- Valid Passport & Visa should be produced as identification upon check – in by all foreign Nationals.
- Tariff includes all pure veg. Meals (Breakfast/Lunch/Eve.Tea/Dinner all on fixed menu) which start from lunch on the day of check – in & end with breakfast on the day of check-out.
- Rs. 400/- Less Per person on without Food per day.
- Rs. 350/- Less for Non A/c Room Per day
- Room allotment will be done at Mahabaleshwar as per availability.
- Check in time: – 11:30 am. Check out time: – 9.30 am.
- Extra person & child share the same room (will be sofa bed).
- Full payment is required in advance at the time of Check in.
- We Honor all Visa & Master CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS Execept American Express.
- Above tariff may change without prior notice.
Cancellation
- If cancelled 7 days prior to check in 10% of total Bill.
- If cancelled less than 7 days prior to check-in, 1 night’s Retention Charge.
